FuelNet can help you balance ease of use with secure features to help you create the perfect fleet card system for your business.  All of the following card features can be utilized to create a secure card with detailed and exacting billing, but also you can choose to use none of these features and have a simple easy to use card system.

• Cards are created "in house".  We do not have to place orders with a third party to have your cards created.  Your cards can be made and ready for use in a matter of minutes.

• FuelNet can Track mileage of your vehicles and calculate your miles per gallon.

• PIN numbers can be either driver specific or card specific.  What does this mean?  It means that your card can be programmed to accept only a single driver or to accept multiple drivers.  The drivers name will appear on your invoice next to the day and time of their purchase.

•  In the case of lost or stolen cards they can be immediately locked out to prevent them from being used again.  If the card is recovered it can be reactivated just as easily.

• You can have complete control over the products that can be purchased with your cards.  FuelNet cards can not only be setup for fuel only, but they can also be set up for specific grades of fuel.

• FuelNet allows you to control what days of the week your cards can be used. 

• If you have an internet connection you can access your account.  You can see what invoices you have open, which payments have been received and see recent unbilled transactions. **You will need to contact the FuelNet office to have this option set up for you.

• Do you have several accounts that you need a detailed report for but would rather have a single invoice generated for all these accounts?  We offer this service at no extra charge.
